01
Ordering & pickup
How online orders work, how fast they are, and what happens when you get here.
Can I order online and pick it up in the dispensary?
Yes — that's how most people shop with us. Browse the live menu, build your cart, and submit the order. We pull it, bag it, and hold it at the counter under your name. Nothing is charged online; you pay when you arrive.
How fast will my order actually be ready?
Most online orders are packed within about half an hour during open hours, and we text you the moment yours is bagged and waiting. Walk in without an order and a budtender will build it with you at the counter.
Do I have to order ahead?
Not at all. Walk-ins are always welcome, no appointment, no line-skipping required. Ordering ahead just means less time standing around if you already know what you want.
How long do you hold an order?
Until close on the day you place it. If something comes up, call and we'll hold it another day or cancel it — no penalty either way.
Is the menu you show online the real inventory?
It is. The menu reads live from our point-of-sale, so what you see is what's physically on the shelf. Popular items can still sell out between your order and pickup — if that happens, we call you before touching anything else.
Can I change my order after submitting it?
Call the dispensary. If we haven't bagged it yet, we'll edit it on the spot. If we have, we'll sort it out at the counter.
02
Before you come in
ID, age, payment, and what to expect walking through the door.
How old do I have to be?
Twenty-one. There's no exception, no medical alternative, and no "just looking" — everyone entering the sales floor is 21+ and gets carded.
What ID do you accept?
A valid, unexpired, government-issued photo ID: state driver's license or state ID card, U.S. or foreign passport, tribal ID, or military ID. Photos of your ID, screenshots, and digital wallet IDs don't count — bring the physical card.
Do you take cards?
We're cash only. Federal banking rules still keep card processing out of cannabis retail, so there are ATMs on site and an easy-in, easy-out lot if you'd rather pull cash elsewhere first.
Do I need a medical card?
No. Minnesota's adult-use market means any 21+ adult with valid ID can buy from us — no card, no registration, no doctor visit.
I've never bought cannabis before. Is that weird here?
It's most of our conversations. Tell a budtender what you're after — sleep, a low-key evening, something social — and how much experience you have, and they'll steer you to a low dose and explain how to take it. No jargon, no upsell.
Can I bring my kid or my dog?
No one under 21 can enter the sales floor, including infants. Certified service animals are welcome; pets aren't.
03
Products & testing
What's on the shelf, how it's tested, and how to pick.
What do you carry?
Flower by the gram through the ounce, pre-rolls and infused pre-rolls, gummies and chocolates, beverages, vape carts and all-in-ones, concentrates, tinctures, and the accessories to go with them — grinders, papers, batteries, storage.
Is everything lab tested?
Every product is tested by a Minnesota-licensed lab for cannabinoid potency, pesticides, heavy metals, residual solvents, and microbial contaminants before it can be sold. Ask to see results for anything on the shelf and we'll pull them up.
How do I know how much to take?
With edibles and beverages, start at 2.5–5mg THC and wait two full hours before deciding whether you want more — that's the single most common mistake we help people avoid. Inhaled products come on within minutes, so you can gauge as you go.
What's the difference between all the categories?
Roughly: flower and vapes hit fast and fade in a couple hours; edibles and beverages take 30–120 minutes and last much longer; tinctures land in between. Effect also depends on the specific cultivar and your own tolerance more than on any label, which is why we'd rather talk it through than hand you a chart.
How often does the menu turn over?
Constantly. New drops land weekly and fast movers disappear in days, so if something's working for you, it's worth grabbing again rather than waiting.
Can I return something?
State rules don't allow returns or exchanges on cannabis products unless they're defective — bring the item and receipt and we'll make it right. Unopened accessories can come back within 30 days.

Minnesota rules
The legal side, in plain language.
How much can I buy at once?
Minnesota caps adult-use purchases at 2 ounces of flower, 8 grams of concentrate, and 800mg of THC in edible form per transaction. Our register enforces it, so you don't have to do the math.
Can I use it here in the parking lot?
No. Consumption is prohibited on our property and anywhere it's publicly visible. Take it home, or somewhere private where it's permitted.
Can I drive with it in the car?
Within Minnesota, yes — keep it sealed and out of reach, same as an open-container rule. Never drive impaired, and understand that carrying it across any state line is a federal offense, including into Iowa or South Dakota.
I'm visiting from Iowa. Can I buy here?
Yes. Residency doesn't matter — 21+ with valid ID is the only requirement, and plenty of our customers drive in from across the metro. What you can't do is carry it into a state where cannabis is still illegal — that includes Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin.
Do you deliver?
Not yet. Minnesota is still building out its delivery framework, and we'll offer it the day the state allows a dispensary like ours to. Until then it's pickup and walk-in only.
Are you actually licensed?
Yes — St Louis Park Canna operates as a licensed adult-use cannabis retailer under Minnesota's Office of Cannabis Management, and our license is posted in the dispensary.

Loyalty+ & the dispensary
The rewards program, hours, and finding us.
What does Loyalty+ actually get me?
You get our deals by text before they go public, plus first word when new product hits the shelf. It's free, takes about twenty seconds, and you can sign up here or at the counter.
Will you text me constantly?
No. A couple of messages a month at most, and every one of them has an opt-out. Reply STOP and you're done immediately.
Where exactly are you?
At 5690 W 36th St in St Louis Park, Minnesota — minutes off Highway 100 and I-394, with a free lot out front and step-free entry.
When are you open?
10:00am to 8:00pm, every day, including holidays.
Do you have deals running?
Usually one or two at a time, and they're always on the site — open the menu button up top and tap Deals to see what's live and when it ends. Loyalty+ members hear about them first.
